This is a current list of approved healthy snacks that meet required federal guidelines. (10/20/2017)

Fresh Fruit tray, Fruit Kabobs, Fruit and Yogurt Parfait(low fat yogurt), Fruit w/ low fat yogurt dip

Fresh Veggies, low fat dip

Whole Grain Pretzels

Trail Mix (fruit, nuts and seed, cereal) no added fat

Low fat Granola Bars

Rice Cakes

Graham Crackers    plain or honey maid

Animal  Cracker (whole grain)

Nuts and Seeds without added fat

Whole Grain Tortilla Chips w/ salsa

Dried Fruit with no added sugars or sweeteners

Cheese and Crackers

Bottled water, low fat or ff milk, 100% juices

Baked Chips   IE: Baked Lays or Tostitos

Whole Grain Goldfish Crackers

Welch’s 100% fruit snacks
