Our Philosophy of Education

The Gilmanton School is committed to an educational program that recognizes and provides for the uniqueness of the whole child. The school ensures a secure and supportive environment in which students are encouraged to be active learners and responsible citizens. Within this environment, students and staff members are also encouraged to be innovative, resourceful, and self-motivated. Achieving a unity among school, home, and community ensures the success of these goals.
